Data Acquisition The continuous unattended cycling of the battery requires a means of recording test data for evaluation. In 1974-1975 a data logging system was designed and built in- house for the purpose of continuous data logging of battery cell tests. It was de cided that this system would be used for data logging. The data logger is being used to record data on the l74kWH" battefy . Battery test parameters are read out and recorded on the teletypewriters (see Figure 26-4).
