PERFORMANCE OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEM In order to evaluate what could the improved condenser performance do for the complete refrigeration system for chlorine storate, four different condenser arrangements were optimized [d]. The first system, shown in Figure 14, has shell-and-tube condenser and cooling tower. The second one, shown in Figure 15, has an air-cooled condenser. The third system, shown in Figure 16, works with Type 1 evaporative condenser and the last system (see Figure 17) operates with Type 2 evaporative condenser.
